We’re growing fast — and building our in-house Talent Acquisition function from the ground up. We need a confident, results-oriented TA Specialist to help us shape how we hire and build the teams that drive our success.

As a Middle–Senior TA Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitmentfor a range of non-technical positions (from Junior to C-Level) across multiple departments: Customer Support, Compliance, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Product, and more.

We’re looking for someone mature, fast-thinking, and resourceful — someone who thrives in change, partners effectively with hiring managers, and genuinely cares about both process and results.

    Main Responsibilities:

    – Lead full-cycle hiring processes: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers

    – Act as a strategic hiring partner to managers — understand business needs and advise on recruitment strategies

    – Source proactively, using creative and data-driven methods

    – Assess candidates not just on skills, but culture fit and potential

    – Be involved in refining our ATS setup — from process optimization to templates, reporting, and resource structuring

    – Conduct reference checks with professionalism and care

    – Actively contribute to process improvements and policy updates

    – Take initiative on TA projects (shaping interview process standards and role-specific scorecards, leading internal workshops or knowledge-sharing sessions, helping define our employer brand across different markets)

    – Stay aware of labor market trends in key regions (especially EMEA, UK, Malta)

    – Serve as a mentor to junior recruiters: give feedback, share best practices, and support their growth into confident full-cycle specialists

    Mandatory Requirements:

    – 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on non-tech roles

    – Experience recruiting across multiple regions in Europe

    – Solid track record in hiring for FinTech or financial sector roles

    – Excellent communication, especially in English (C1+)

    – Attention to detail in writing, outreach, and scheduling

    – Strong ownership mindset — taking initiative and solving problems independently

    – Thrives in ambiguity, adaptable to changing priorities

    – Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment

    We offer:

    Empowerment Through Professional Development:
    – Monthly investment in your English learning
    – Yearly allocation for advancing your professional expertise
    Make a Lasting Impact:
    – Work on unique projects where your contributions can reshape company-wide processes
    Flexible and People-Centric Culture:
    – Days of paid vacation annually, with the flexibility to transfer unused days or receive compensation
    – Days of paid sick leave annually, accommodating emergencies and medical needs
    – Additional holidays aligned with your local calendar
    Compensation & Incentives:
    – Multiple payment options, including Private Entrepreneurship accounts or popular e-wallets
